Azerbaijan’s inaugural pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale, Equilibrium. Patterns of Azerbaijan, explores innovative, sustainable design under the themes Regenerate. Innovate. Preserve. The pavilion highlights projects like ADEC’s Baku White City redevelopment, Simmetrico Architettura’s Victory Park in Baku, and Adalat Mammadov’s restoration of the Zangilan Mosque, highlighting the balance of cultural heritage with modern sustainability. Running from May 10th to November 23rd, 2025, the pavilion focuses on balancing traditional values with modern, sustainable practices to promote a harmonious future.
